Our ribs are St. Louis style served in 1/3 racks or ½ racks, with a choice of two mops available.
Our Sausage is made in-house. Our smoked fish (when available) are brined, and smoked in our pits
Our chicken is served in quarters, and halves. Chicken sandwiches are boneless thighs.
Our boil feeds (when planned) feature ¾ to 1 pound of the featured items plus all the trimmings.
